Plans

LetDraw has three plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. In addition, when you run it on your own server (self-hosted), billing is off and every feature is unlocked.

  • Free: Free of charge. For trying LetDraw and using it individually with a single, single-user workspace.
  • Pro: A paid subscription (monthly or yearly). For teams, unlimited content, and advanced features. You see the current price on the in-app upgrade screen.
  • Enterprise: Custom-priced and contract-based. Offers enterprise identity (SSO/SCIM), domain-based auto-join, and unlimited usage. Contact: letdraw.com/kurumsal (sales@letdraw.com).
  • Self-hosted: You run it on your own infrastructure; the deployment is licensed as a whole and there are no limits (see Self-hosting).

  • Workspaces, folders, documents: see the table above; for details, see Workspaces → Plan limits.
  • Comments: on Free, 5 comments per document; more requires Pro.
  • AI: on Free, 3 free prompts provided by the operator; after that you can upgrade to Pro or add your own API key (BYOK). This limit does not apply with your own key (see Prompt to Diagram).

Permissions in a workspace are determined by role (owner / editor / viewer):

  • Free: in your single-user workspace you are the owner and have all permissions.
  • Pro and Enterprise: you invite members and assign roles; the owner manages, the editor creates and edits content, the viewer only views.

For role details, see Access.

Self-hosted deployments are licensed as a whole; billing is off, every feature is unlocked, and all limits are unlimited.
