Plan and session

At the top of the account menu is your identity, and below it are the plan and session actions. This page explains the remaining items of the avatar menu.

Identity and plan badge

At the very top of the menu, your display name and email are shown. If billing is enabled, a plan badge appears next to them: Free, Pro or Enterprise. The badge shows at a glance which features you have.

Upgrade to Pro

• This item appears in the menu only on the Free plan and while billing is enabled.
• When you click it, the upgrade window opens; switching to Pro unlocks features such as the workspace limit, My files, unlimited comments and presentation mode.

Sign out

• Sign out, at the very bottom of the menu, closes your session.
• After signing out, cloud features (comments, public links, My files, workspaces) are unavailable; they return when you sign in again.

Note

While you are not signed in, a Sign in button appears in place of the avatar; click it to sign in with your account.
