Activity
Activity is in the Account group of the Account settings page. It is a detailed audit log showing who did what.
- Mine: only your own actions.
- Workspace: all actions in the active workspace (a Pro feature; on Free this tab offers an upgrade).
Filters
Section titled “Filters”You filter records by user, entity (document, comment, member, profile, billing), action (CREATE/UPDATE/DELETE) and date range; Reset clears them.
Log table
Section titled “Log table”Each row contains the user (avatar + name/email), the action, an action type badge, details (expandable raw JSON) and time (absolute + relative); records are grouped by day. Load more takes you further back in history. At the top, a retention period note is shown based on your plan.
